My name is Julie Cantillon and the 2007/2008 school year is my sixth year at Stella Maris Academy. Before moving to San Diego, I lived in Boston, Massachusetts. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2000 from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. After graduating, I went on to earn a master's degree in Elementary Education in 2002 from Simmons College in Boston, Mass. During that time, I completed a one-year internship teaching third grade at Runkle Elementary School in Brookline, Mass. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends, running and reading. I also love the Red Sox and going to Fenway Park. This past summer, I had the opportunity to work with other teachers in the Schools Attuned program. We'll be using this program in class to learn about learning.
