Mr. Guay's Website

Born and raised in Rhode Island and a product of the the Catholic school system, this is Mr. Guay's 16th year at Stella Maris Academy. He moved to San Diego in 1989 and obtained a Bachelor's degree from SDSU and the University of Phoenix. Mr. Guay has been coaching student athletes for over 25 years. Mr. Guay and his wonderful wife have two Stella Maris Academy alums, Justin, who is attending his third year of college at Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I. and Ashlee, who is attending her first year of college at Cal. State University of Northridge. Mr. Guay currently coaches the varsity basketball team at the Academy of Our Lady of Peace and is also a certified instructor in CPR and First Aid and a lifeguard/swim instructor. Mr. Guay loves the challenge of promoting physical education and a healthy lifestyle to his students. Did you know......? Mr. Guay spent three years in the military serving as a soldier and professional athlete.
